Approvals and JIT

Guys, we are seeing approvals from 98 to Feb 2001 ND.
This once again proves that JIT is not correct. Essentially what it means and reflects is that INS is not only approving cases filed in 98 but also the cases filed beyond that. The fact that the FP notices were released recently also means that INS wants to make sure that the continuity of applications are maintained once the previous applications are approved. Just a few indications and my interpretation...

I never trusted JIT because there are so many categories of 485.
How can they be consolidated into a single date?

The retrogression of JIT-485 date has another meaning -- don\'t bother CSC.
The 485 waiters with ND earlier than the JIT-485 date have the genuine right to enquire their case status.

I think ur right, Lancer. If you enquire with CSC, they can say look the JIT is 98...I think this is one of the reasons they make JIT as 98...Just my guess.
