Approvals after RFE response

Are there any approvals for RFE response that were recieved by NSC in the first week of March 2003 ?

I know a case of my friend whose RFE response was recieved by INS on Feb 28 2003 and was approved on 3/12/2003.

If you look at today's approvals on Rupnet, for one case the rfe response was received by INS on 2/28 and the other one on 3/7. Both the cases were approved on 3/17.
