I had read on this forum in a post from someone that if you recived multiple FP2 Notices (some of us did) and you went for both of them, it would trigger approval.
I recived two FP2 notices scheduled for 10/05/04 and 10/08/04. The FP2 for my wife was scheduled for 10/25/2004.
We both did Our FP2 early on 09/23/2004. I used the FP2 notice scheduled for 10/08/2004. The next day my wife's status was updated with FP recived message and her LUD was also changed to 09/23/2004, while mine showed the same Jan 2003 FP1 received message, and no LUD change.
Then on 10/05/2004 I decided to try my luck and went again for FP2 with the notice with the schedule date of 10/05/2004 and did the FP again. I was in and out of The ASC in less then 10 minutes.
The next day I checked my case status and there was an LUD change for both of us for 10/05/2004 then LUD changed again on 10/06/2004 and then
on 10/18/2004 our cases were approved, less then two weeks after doing the 2nd FP again.
I am an Oct 2002 Filer and It was about time that my approval came through but I am wondering if the post was right and doing FP2 again Triggered my case to be approved.
