Why u got 2 RFE's for emplyment verification??

Also on 2nd RFE for emploment verification , do INS asked for paystubs?? or only tax returns?? If paystubs , do INS looks for continious employment thruout 485 process or some break in paystub is OK with INS??

I just wanted to know what information INS is looking for(and their conclusion) while 2nd RFE related to emplyment.
