Approval without taking vaccination?

Hello All

My receipt date is July 2000. Problem is that my wife is a pregnant and she didn\'t take MMR vaccination when we filed our 485. Now because she is a pregnant Doctor said she can not take vaccination of MMR. will it make delay in our processing if RFE issued?
