Approval without RFE?

My PD: 07/98, RD/ND: 10/99, FP 03/02/01

So far, I have received no RFE. Now, what are the chances that the case gets approved (after the PD is current, of course) without any RFE. Does anyone have any stats on what percentage of cases get RFE?

I have seen ND oct99 cases approved without RFE, it looks like they
are going to approve oct99-Mar2000 cases with out RFE becasue these
cases are on hold for some time. It is my prediction.
