Approval within 30 days after RFE was received! Dengdeng's theory works!

My EB2 I-485 case got approved 20 days after RFE was received!
Dengdeng's theory worked once again. :)

I just received a notice email from USCIS saying that my I-485 case is approved as of May 10, 2004. Online message is also updated.

My husband's I-485 is still pending though. (RD 12/2002 - follow to join)
Hopefully, our cases are linked and he can also get the approval soon.

I am still waiting to see if Dengdeng's theory works for me and Fanshan.

Fanshan, you have 4 days to go before you finish with 30 days theory, i have 5 days and Sam has 25 days and then Mavishka has 30 days.

Tufan, since you are so true in predictions when will I get mine ? Did FP2 in Mar04 and RFE replied in Dec03. ND Jun02

Gambler, my best BET on you is that you'll be approved in less than 2 months.

Make sure you remember that i predicted for you!!

is yours primary or your husbands?

did you both file together, fingerprinted together etc..
why is it that yours is approved and not your huband's?

I am the primary. Had my FP done a few months before filing my husband's I-485 as a follow-to-join case. His ND is in December 2002 which is 7 months after mine and we have different case numbers.

My husband's 1st FP will expire in June 2004 and I have a feeling that his case *probably* won't be touched/approved until a 2nd FP notice is issued sometime later this year... However, miracle could happen... ;)

Dengdeng theory or Law

If your 2 FP, security/name check is done and RFE response is submitted then you should receive your approval within 30 days of RFE receipt date by USCIS. :)

He was a member ( maybe he still is) of this board. I think he just worked out the theory based on his own observation and it has worked for quite a few...
