Rupnet.com showing approval with PD 04/25/2002 at VSC, looks like they r not following 485 retrogression dates..
Any thought?

I think that means that visa number for this guy has been ordered before 01/01/2005.

The applicant may be from a country not affected by Retro........

Maybe we should wait for 1 more week before we come to any conclusions

looks like the entry is made up? don't you think the receipt number should start with EAC-03 and not EAC-04 ?
