Approval while visiting Abroad

I just need some information regarding Passport stamping of GreenCard. Right now I am on vacation in india for 3 months .My I485 has approved on august after i came from US.so is there any time limit for PP stamping once the I485 has approved?if so,how many days/months it will be.Could any one send reply about this...
