Approval while EAD or AP is pending???

Is it possible to get approval of I-485 while EAD or AP is pending? Is this possible to get I-485 approved while there is a RFE for EAD or AP? Any idea??

My LUD for EAD & AP changed again today without any change in message of last LUD when I got the RFE message.
 
If the RFE is regarding the recent snap, it should be a easy decision for an officer to approve 485 and reject EAD / AP/ AP
