I checked the online status at 10am. It still showed the old message. Just a few minutes ago, a blast shot into my email account. I opened it and found 4 emails coming from CSC. I immediately knew that one of important chapters in my life is closed. The emails said that both my and my wife’s I-485 were approved.

I got our FP notices by calling CSC on July 28. They came in on Aug 6. FP received by CSC on Aug 10. Case missing the same day. Came by with FP received message on Aug 13. Aproved on Aug 17. Seems to me CSC can work very fast. They just didn’t want to for the last 2 years.

Thanks everyone on this board. I DO believe that the current speedy process is partly due to the efforts of some members on this board. Special thanks to Kashmir. His Kashmir Report is legendary. It helped me through this anxious time.
 
We never had 1st FP. This is our 1st FP.
The # I called is 949-389-3007, the so-called lawyer line.
I called 3 times total, each ~2 weeks apart.
Every time the officer didn't turn me away. They always
promised to send inquiry for me. Only the last time works.
I never sent fax inquiry.
