Approval under pilot program

Don't know if a couple of approvals can be qualified as a deluge, but from what we have seen INS seems to be working all ends of spectrum. We are seeing a steady flow of Jan - Apr 02, plus some movement all the way to Oct 02. Yes there are quite a few pending cases, but hopefully if the current speed is maintained and added too, we might just be able to see the end of backlogs in a few years.

But damn to see a May 04 applicant approved already is heart breaking. That guy has waited less time in the entire process, that it took for me to get my first EAD :( But the fault is not his, that blame belongs to INS.

I saw the WAC02 and WAC03 scan results, but not WAC04. So we don't know how I well or bad it's doing.
Secondly, I don't expect too many approval posting from pilot program (late WAC04 concurrents), because they get their approvals before they start worrying about it (hence most of them don't come to this forum and post messages).

I am sure most of them found this site when they were waiting for LC's to be cleared. It has taken most of them close to 18 months for this process. Not denying the pain it is causing or the resources being tied up, but at the same time, not sure if it is due cause to panic. As long as you see constant 02 cases getting approved, I wouldn't worry too much about 04 cases. Mainly because there is nothing much we can do about it.
