Hi,
I would like to file Labor in PERM as future GC thu a new company and once if it is approved, I am willing to join that company,the reason being that so far PERM is a complex system as people saying.
I have my labor pending in Dallas BEC filed(cleared Regional Chicago) with PD of Oct'2003.45 day letter recived . But There is no visibility as when it is going to be cleared.People saying proabably it may take years.
Is it safe to try and file in PERM thru another company and then join after it is approved ??
