Approval rates for Oct. 485ers

Hi, guys

It is common sense that EB category does not matter during the 485 processing. However, it seems that EB2 has an advantage with the approval rate of 17.5% (29/166), compared to those of EB1 (6.7%, 1/15) and EB3 (11%, 10/91) for October filers. The data was from rupnet.com/immigration (EST 13:00 pm, October 16, 2002), and just for your information and reference.

The number of cases for EB2 are much greater than EB1 and almost twice that of EB3. So the probability of picking EB2 cases is high in the pool of october cases than EB3. Anyway I dont think INS is using that calculation if it is then we should see EB1 approvals more.

Can you able to access rupnet today?
I think it has been hacked.
When I try to access, it goes to a porn site.
