Greetings All,

I have heard from my Attorney that our background check was cleared, and that our status has been changed from "Recommended Approval" to "Grant of Asylum", my question is this: Once we receive our letter from the BCIS, what is the next step? Our Attorney says that our new I-94 will be sent together with the Approval letter...what I am needing to know from anyone out there is - what is the next step once we receive the Approval letter and new I-94?

Thank you all for your time and effort in answering the above.

God Bless,
twix:)

You will wait one full year from the date of this approval to apply for your I-485. Good luck
