I had my AOS interview on Feb 1, 2005, and was approved pending the completion of the FBI name check.
Moved to another city while AOS approval pending. File transferred to the new USCIS.
Senato makes inquiry to USCIS, and gets a response that the FBI name check is pending.
Now today I get another Interview Appointment Letter for December 1, 2005.
This is wierd. Please advise.
