approval pattern?

I saw approvals for ND of 01/00 and 02/00 with Country Other, but no approval for Indians and Chinese with FP done this Feb/March. Why? What is the pattern being used by VSC? not by ND?

that is very true.
i really think calling VSC is a waste of time since they always give you some non sense answes. i guess we just have to wait until our turns come and share the info with each other.
