Approval on I-140

I rec an e-mail today with good news that my I-140 was approved , I Filed my I-140 early part of June and they rec on 06/03, and it was approved on 07/05 , I wasn't expecting this anytime soon.

Well for everyone who is waiting for approval be patient , it seems they are moving really fast .

When did you exactly mail your 485? Was it to Texas service center? I can see from your details they received it on 06/03/05. How long it has taken to receive the applications?

Why I am asking is, I mailed out my 485 on June 1 and still waiting for the case numbers.

It was mailed on 06/01 and they rec it on 06/03 .
Yes to TSC .

Normally you should get the receipt with 21 dys or less , Check with your Attorney if they are the ones mailed it for you.

i-140 approval

No RFE or Ability to pay or anything like that , I have seen so many of them get that in this forum but I didn't thank god for that , Company made sure and send them all the taxes Etc and they are very organize didn't missed any doc when sending the forms I-140.

I-140 Approval

Yes EB3 Cat .

2001/2003/2004 Taxes and Fin Statment also Banking info as well , everything they normally request on this type of case.
