I want to know does USCIS approve the case for spouse (secondary applicant) first in spite of Primary applicant’s I 485 is still pending.
Secondary applicant’s finger print is done and primary applicant‘s finger print delayed by 2 months due to some reason.
In case if they do what happens to approved GC of secondary applicant if they rejected later on primary applicant‘s I 485.
Can they revoke the secondary applicants approved GC or no?
