Hi GC Fever fellows,
Most of the people on this forum who apllied in sept 03 onwards and thier
I-140 not approved.Acoording to the rumers or USCIS memo, I-140/485 approval together. And also we are seeing fast approval of some I140's and also 485's who applied in 02. If you look in to the 2002/2001, 485 approvals almost all of them finger print (2nd, 3rd ,...) which happend to have Jan 2004 afterwards.From my observation, 485 approving , who has latest finger pring in April 2004.So we may have hope of approval may be soon.If u have clear analysis of recent approval share your thoughts here.
