Approval Notice

My I140 approved on 14th August, but I am still waiting for the approval notice.They said if 14 days passed call them.I did.They said to wait upto 17th sep sometimes it takes long? What will i do if i didnot get the notice? what's going on? did this thing happened a lot?
 
I got my AP approval notice after 20 days.

Can you please tell us your Notice Date of your I140.Concurrent/no concurrent etc details
