Gurus: In June 2003 VSC mailed lawyer an approval notice (notice of action) on I-140 OR petition filed by my employer. I went to check the online system the other day and saw that the system still has not been updated. Still says same depressing thing "...received March 2002 ... 360 days bla bla bla." I am doing concurrent filing. Is it problem that on-line system has not been updated?
