approval notice vs. on line status

Several weeks ago company lawyer received approval notice (notice of action) on my I-140 OR from VSC. No RFE.

I checked on line the other day and the on-line status has not been changed to approval. Is this normal or wierd? Am I being paranoid or is this cause for concern?

Why have on-line system if not updating it?

Any advice or experiences would be helpful.
 
Several people before reported same flaw.

Could you please provide your I-140 Notice and Approval dates.
