I filed AR-11 about a month ago to change my address from Oregon to New Jersey. My I-485 approval notice (from VSC) got sent to my Oregon address and they have instructed me to go to the Portland, Oregon local ONS office to get my passport stamped. Can I just take the approval notice and go to the Newark local office ? I can take some proof of local residential address such as apartment lease. Or do I have to call VSC and ask them to send an approval notice to my current address ?
