Mexico Immigration consultants require a copy of approval notice. Does this has to be the one that I am going to use for stamping?
I have a current I-797 valid for couple months but I have also applied for an extension using Premium processing and I'm thinking of using that latest approval notice so I could have the latest validity date on the H1 stamp?
Do I need to wait for the premium processing to go through or can I just send in the current 797 to these guys and then in the mean time when the extension gets approved, take that with me at the time of stamping?
