The only thing I\'d like to stress is that, it is useful to call INS if you think your application is being delayed. I didn\'t receive my FP notice till Jan and called the INS twice. I\'m sure I received the notice only because the people I spoke to intervened. After April 15th, I called the office 4 times to make sure my FPs got updated into the system and the case got assigned to an officer. I filed 485 on my own without a lawyer and am glad this is over! Thanks to Ciba and everyone else on this board. Good Luck!
