That means they are going by RD not PD ?

I think if both the dates are current(PD,RD) then they are approving the case based on RD.My case is with an officer from past one month and have been waiting for updates.

That makes sense.

If they really followed the same rules, I would have got my GC in April 2005.
Or
At least in June 2007.

Hopefully mine will be eligible soon.

I think if both the dates are current(PD,RD) then they are approving the case based on RD.

If PD is current, but RD is not current, cases are being approved. See trackitt.com
