Approval not mailed to right address

Hello Everybody,
I'd very much appreciate your advice in this matter.
My daughter's green card was approved on March 9th, according to the online status. We still have not got the paper in the mail. I assume that they were sent to the wrong address. We have updated the address after our move last summer a couple of times, and our papers got here alll right, but there always is trouble with my daughters paper (she turned 14 during the process, 3rd finger printing). When I called the customer no., they told me I have to wait 30 days and then I can apply to have it remailed.
Has anyone ever done that?
How do you do that?
Is there any way to speed this up?
Thanks so much for your input!

Print out the on-line approval email and take a InfoPass for Passport stamp. They can give you an approval letter at the local office but once her PP is stamped, she doesn't need the approval letter. Make sure that the card (I-89) has her right address.
