Approval message (?!!) and 2nd FP for WAC03017

All:
I (primary) and my wife filed I485 in Oct 02. Now I see the following messages in online case status:

For self:
"On August 28, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."


For wife:
"On August 21, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."


What do they mean? In between, we have received notice for 2nd FP (mailed on August 10, 2004) and scheduled on Sept 16. We have not received any approval or registration documents as indicated in the online messages yet.

Do the messages above indicate approval? Should we go for 2nd FP or skip it? Anyone in similar situation? What are the next steps I should take? Thanks

My wife got a similar message and what we received in the mail was the address change confirmation. Similar experiences were reported previously in some of the older threads. But, it could be ......
