Approval letters in hand

Hi ,

For those who want to track the days between the e-mail approval and the approval letters...I got approved on 28th Dec 2004 and today (01/03/2005) got the approval letters in hand. I have InfoPass appointment on 12th at Newark. I am not able to get another appointent on the same day for my wife. Does anyone has any experience at Newark with single appointment and getting both PPs stamped. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and hoping for a speedy approvals for all those who are waiting.
 
Till you get an answer, take 2 infopass appointment on some other day as well. You can cancel this one anytime
 
Mine also approved on 12/28 got emails on 12/29. Today 1/3 I got the Approval letters in mail. Got info pass appointment on 1/12 for myself and spouse. Luckily we both got two different appointments on the same day for the same time!!

I was also in the same situation and took separate appointments for me and myself.
However, I wanted to take chance and went together on the day of appointment. The lady before the counters asked for separate appointments and I said I have only one, since it is the same application. She was exasperated and started explaining, "Sir, you need to take separate...", when my 3 yr old son intervened and said Happy holidays to her. It instantly changed her mood and she let us both in and told to go to counters together.
So I think it all depends on the person, who is looking at Infopass appts. Inside, they didn't care about no. of appointments. They just asked how many approval letters I have. Also take along your kid, if you have one. Might help you.

I think ONE appointment is good. One of my friend went for stamping last week with one appointment (for him and his wife). I went with 2 appointments but they will give one token number for both.
 
I got approved on 12/17/2004, the approval letter was mailed according to online status on 12/17/2004, but was actually stamped on 12/21/2004 and was received by me on 01/03/2005.
