Hi My case got approved on Aug-21-2001. The message got changed only today (Aug-22-01).
My Details :
PD - 06/98
I-485 Receipt Date - 10/99
FP - 03/01
RFE for Employment Letter generated on 07/23
RFE responded back to INS on Aug-01
AVM updated for RFE on Aug-09
Approved on Aug-21.
 
Company name change hold case?

Where you one of the persons with name change hold? Let us know when RIS contacts you. Or have you contacted them already?

Thanks for your wishes. Ofcourse, its a long wait for me. My contract is about to end any time since my client is going out of business. My case was put on hold due to company name change. Rapidigm filed a proactive I-140 in first week of June 2001, but I believe it has no effect on my case.
Fortunately, the RFE was replied back by Rapidigm on August-01-2001 when Jackie left the same day.
I will keep you guys posted, if I hear from RIS without calling them !!!
