approval from #69 ?

mine is since 3/17. RFE ACK 3/12
did fp2 on 4/8 - message is still for RFE received.
for wife it still says RFE sent - not updated for RFE as well as for FP2....

no idea when our turn will come........
 
My paper is been sitting out there since 3/26. Frustrated with the whole things. This guy has usually approved cases in 2 weeks I don't know why he is taking long for us.

Update anyone of you get any status from this guy

I did FP 4/15. FBI cleared it the same day and sent to CSC. But no status update on-line. Still the same old RFE ack.

I asked congressman's office to send a inquiry last monday. I also called 800 to send a inquiry. I did not get anything yet.

I would encourage all you gays to do something.

I will send a fax and inquiry letter to TSC today.

At least I want to let INS know I am anxiously waiting...

I just keept calling when they told me i have to wait 60 days.

They will send a inquiry for you. Few will say you have to wait for 60 days.

I normally called at work and turn the volume of the telephone to the min.

My message says that they mailed a document based on approval on march 18th. I was wondering what it is ?
But it turned out to be the FP notice that they sent to my attorney which was returned due to change of address on attorney's end.
CIS resent the FP notice on march 18th to attorney.

so came to know that is the reason for the above said message.
 
I did my FP only last MAY. I hope they don't send me second. With the current rate of delay I might get into 2FP timeframe. I was hoping since I don't have second fp and the details required by officer was only employment related it will be approved by now. God only knows when the light out of this will be......

CIS updates my wife's case almost everyday with a current date. Nothing is new except the date.

My FP status is not updated. I do not know if they received my FP result or not. They did not update the first FP result neither.

Last week, officer #69 actually called my company attorney (legal counsel) in Fremont, CA because the original attorney doesn't match the current one. My current company attorny told him the old attorney applied for me in '98 passed away in 2001.

My company attorney took the chance to ask the officer about other applicants in my company. The officer said 2FP after RFE will delay the process because the software requires them to wait for the 2FP and FBI results. There are other factors like this that even though they receive the RFE response and want to approve the case they have to wait as well.

Do you guys called FBI about your FB status? When FBI sent out
the result? Mine is cleared the same day but FBI did say they sent the FP result by normal mail. Anyone from special reg. country?

Since your FP is done in March, can you tell us when your FP is sent to TSC by FBI please?

is 2nd FP & FBI results is same thing right? or
 
FP is part of FBI clearance process. Name verification is also part of FBI process as they need to chech how many version of names or similar names you have. Name verification takes more time because a lot of Chinese names and Indian names have very similar pattern.

When my wife applied for I-140 4 years ago, she was told by an officer that there are different databases to search for federal criminal records. They also search for city-based databases for criminal and outstanding judgement records. The process used to be very tedious in the past and lately there were some web companies took the effort to gather city-based data and sell the service to them that improved the speed a lot. The officer still have to go through a lot of checks to clear an applicant.

do you know how we can initiate name check process? or how can we find out that Name check is complete and sent like we can check FP by calling FBI #...
