Approval for Jan 2001?

I was wondering if there are any members who have ND of Jan 2001 and have gotten the approval of the I-485.

My brother got an ND of Jan 2001. He got the bio and RFI back in April 2005 (almost four months ago). Online status showed that they accepted on April 26. The LUD and online status never changed since then.

I know some people got the BIO done in July 2005 and already got approval. Is it part of the USCIS mystery? Or should I ask him to call cust service to see what is going on?

Hi Mr. LEE,

If you call USCIS, blonde dumbo will look at her screen and read you " Sorry, we are processing 12/99 rightnow, call us in 2 yrs". Don't waste your time calling them. Your brother will get it soon. Just hang in there big guy. Thanks
