My husband is a GC. He filed I130 application for me March 2001. We received a receipt saying that it will take 865 to process the case.
Now it is more than 865 days. As per the Visa Bulletin they say they are still only processing Aug 98 for family based applicants. But since it is more than 865 days as per the receipt can we contact the service centre to find out the status??
