Approval email for Advance Parole

My current AP status reads as follows:

"Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On December 27, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."


I still haven't received anything from USCIS regarding the AP in the mail. I called them up and they said that they have mailed only the approval notice, I should get another email when they actually send me the AP. Is this true? Please let me know. Thanks.
 
That's not true. The e-mail notice you saw on your computer screen is the exact one they post when they mail off your AP. As it says - if it's been more than 14 days and you don't have it yet, there may be a problem.
