Approval Date for April Filers

Folks,
Based on previuos approval patterns, it appears that VSC takes 4-5 months from ND to send FP notice. It takes another 4-5 from the FP date to approve, if there are no further issues. So, your approval date depends upon on your FP date and not on the ND. Since I was FPed in November, the earliest I can expect an approval is some time in March/April. It would be helpful if April filers can post their FP dates.
The above analysis is based on a general pattern and I\'am trying to get a feel of Approval date so that one can plan accordingly. Ofcourse, the approval dates can speed-up/slowdown based on VSC\'s efficiency. I would like to get other folks opinion in this regard.

This could mislead the filers!

I would never spread such unclear message. FP does not work at all in the way you depicted. Please draw conclusion based on the facts and investigation other than imagination...

disagree. there was an article about how the FP came.

normally FP time is not related to the whole processing time. INS processes cases by RD.

FP date

If you read my earlier post, I mentioned that it takes 4-5 months from
ND to get the FP date. Normally, the ND is within a week of RD so that the the whole process might take 8-10 months. However, in case of April filers, there was front log delay at VSC and ND-RD instead of being the usual 7-10 days became 60+ days. That is the reason I mentioned the 4-5 months form the FP date. Unless VSC takes into consideration the time April filers spent in the front log, I think we may not see April approvals for another 2 months.

What is your prediction of NASDAQ in 4-5 months based on the previous patterns? I think you are a genius in pattern prediction.

My ND is 11/19, FP is 1/31 (about 2 monthes between them. not 4-5 month).

your predication doesn\'t make any sense. because there is no such relationship.
