Got approval notices on 23rd Apr 2001 for self and spouse and RFE
for son (TB test was not done as suggested by Civil surgeon), he is 9 years old.
NOTE:Insist your medical officer to do TB test for all applicants 2 years
or older.

1.How much time before one should reach before door opens (time on notice is from 9 am. to 12 noon)?
2.Any documents other than Approval notice,I-94,EAD,two
ADIT photos and passport to be taken with ?
