Approval and RFE concept with LUD

How about this one?? true or false??

If LUD for your petition changes and your spouse LUD remains the same .. then can we conclude its a RFE rather than Approval.

Because RFE is usually on ur petition ... like employment verification, pay stubs etc etc ... they don't ask ur wife's employment status ... right?
 
I wouldn't be too sure on that !

There can be RFE for dependant spouse too. We got two RFEs at same time, one for my wife and one for me. RFE for dependant wife was for name change on certificate and passport
 
nah.. my LUD changed before my approval. My wife's didn't. I got approved and she's still waiting..

Conclusion: Just 'coz primary's LUD changes doesn't mean it's an RFE ;)

Even for your spouseand kids lot of issues may waarant the issuance of RFE e.g., birth certificate, marriage certificate, visa status, medical records etc., even background check can create some trouble because of messed up security check up database. But one can always be positive for assumptions.
