Approval after REF

REF issued: 9/30/00 (employeer letter and pay stab)
REF got by INS: 10/19/00 (By VM)
MSG changed to Approval on 12/14/00

Called IIO twice after REF sent. I was told some offices are experienced and they deal with the cases very quickly, some are not.

This web is very helpful to me.

Are you self or employer petitioned (for NIW)?
Can you post the detail about your employer letter ?

When I applied NIW I was part time student with my Ph.D, and full time worked in a company. It should be self petitioned.
The company also applied I140 for me which was approved too.
But my I485 is based on NIW.
My major is much different from my job. The REF is only about the employer letter like duty, hiring date.

Could you please give some advice in how to reach IIO of VSC.
I am waiting for my I-485. I tried to reach IIO for a couple of time. The line has been always disconnected sutomatically after a few of second busy ring. What should I do ?
