Approval after FP

Hi guys,

just wondering how long it takes for 485 approval after FP(biometrics).
485 was filed at VSC in 8/04 and FP is scheduled for 3/05.....

Some people have described "485 approval cards"..... what are those??

I had an EB-1 approved 2/05 so I dont think my country of origin matters.

In general, how long is it taking for 485 approval after FP?

well, you see EB-1... if you are EB-3 and from C/P/I then it's your PD that really matters...

if your Name/Security Checks are cleared and you are done with FPs, and your RD is < 04/2004 then it could be 1-3 mo after FP date.

all this according to some stats posted here and from my scans...

at the same time I heard people doiing their 3-rd FPs and they filed on 2001... so it does depends on your luck as well...

all I am saying that there is something that should happen withing 90 days from your FP... me, for example, got a second FP notice just after 100 days.

My I-485 was filed 08/04 and I also got my biometrics done but I don't dare to expect an approval that quickly. :D

P.S. I don't care about the retrogression, too. At least for now.
