Approval after Amended I-140

My case was finally approved yesterday per AVM. I rarely post stuffs here although I got a lot of
information from this site. I would like to thank everyone who post his/her information. Here is
my info

PD 3/98
RD 8/99
ND 9/99 (EAC-99-264-**)
FP 8/00
RFE issued on 10/19, replied on 11/13, AVM changed on 11/28
AD 12/5

RFE: Amended 140 because of name change. RFE response was sent along with Amended 140.
Did not receive any receipt for RFE.

Called IIO several times. Some were helpful while some were bullshits.

Thank you and hope everyone would get a wonderful gift from INS before Christmas.

Congratulations!!!!When did your amended I-140 approved. My amended I-140 was approved on 11/30 and am still waitng for I-485 approval.

My details:
PD 9/97
I-485 RD and ND 4/99 and 5/99
FP done 3/00
RFE for I-140 redo(EAC 01 003 xxxxx) on 9/8/00, replied on 9/28, RD 10/5, AD 11/30 per AVM(still waiting for approval receipt from INS)

Still waiting for I485 for approval

My attorney sent RFE and Amended 140 together. We did not receved anything particular(receipt or approval notice) for amended 140
since then. I don\'t know if they processed amended 140 first or they simply processed RFE and 140 together.
