APPROOOOVED!!! Retrogression??? What??

Dear Friends,

I cannot beleive what just happened. I checked my mailbox a while ago and I found this letter from CIS. Approved!! I am EB3 with PD of March 2003. With retrogression for India I was prepared for another endless wait....! I hope everyone get approved soon!!!

Congrats. My lawyer also got two approvals yesterday. Per law firm these might have been approved at the end of 2004.

Since you got your approval in mail ...You must have been actually approved before Dec 31 2004....You got the intimation for approval via mail a while ago ...Just my 2 cents...Please let us know via the online msg when exectly your case was approved !!!!

Saale negative insano....yeh nahin soch sakte ki this is a ray of hope....hamesha negative sochoge ki 2004 mein approve ho gaya hoga aur email abhi aaya hai....Indian postal service hai kya jo mail itne dino baad aayega....Saale tum jaise negative log to apni BIWI ko bhi BEHEN ki nazar se dekhte ho...

Congrats Mazumdar sahib....enjoy....bas thoda online message mein se padh kar bata do ki pehle sentence kya on....THIS CASE WAS APPROVED ON ??????? Date kya hai

Can you find out from your lawyer about those two cases you are mentioning about...who got approval yesterday.
 
desi, it is possible that you might have been approved on 12/21 and now they are going to mail this after 2 months ..no one knows how internal units at VSC works.. keeping a positive mood is important..

Lets forget about these two cases....
I think as rockville said in other thread. After 140 is approved, the case number is assigned with in three weeks. Once the case number is assigned I dont think those cases will be effected by retro.
