Approooooved!!!

My 140 has been approved. I just received the mail and confirmed it in the website too!!! I am soooo happy. My client was forcing me to join and I took the bold step of changing employers before 140 approval. (after 210 days of 485). And only God knows what tension I went through!! I couldn't thank Him enough.

Congratulations! Can one change employer even before 140 approval?
 
I took that risk. AC21 says that you can change employer if you have applied for 485 and 180 days have passed. The only hitch is, if there is any RFE and the employer does not support, the whole thing goes for kaput. Check AC21 forum and people have changed employers in all possible combinations.
 
ssampy...congrats...is VSC processing I-140 cases...i saw the Eb2 date not move from last update from Nov 19, 2003. Mine is Dec 1, 2003 and wondering since yours was dec 3, 2003.
