Mine and my wife\'s case has been approved on 5/1/02. I just checked casually yesterday 5/2/02 as to what the status is and i got the good news. I thought i will b hearing the same old news, but was surprised.

RD 7/18/01, ND 8/31/01, FP 12/7/01, Approved 5/1/02. State PA, India

Already updated rupnet, Mr. another_wish, pls add an entry to ur tracker as i do not hv n e id there.

Congratulations!! Is I-134 (Affidavit of Support) needed for spouse\'s I-485?

If needed, do I have to swear before an authorized officer (to complete the last part of I-134) before submit my spouse\'s I-485?
