I just get a email from FBI said my name check finished. says as
follow.
This is in reference to your facsimile dated August 30, 2004, concerning your immigration status. The FBI completed a record check for you today, September 21st, and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

my detail as

First I-140 ( 97 1 and half years late denied).
2end I-140 (Jun. 2001)
I-140 approved in Feb. (2002)
RD I-485 (April, 2002)
FP1, FP2 done
EAD1, EAD2, EAD3 done
RD REF (Jun. 8, 2004)
Started Calling UCIS, FAX FBI, etc a few month ago
Today get this email from FBI, hope can go through it.
And best wishes for all other people who's cases are pending.
