Approching Senator /Congressman experience.

Residing in New Jersey. Case Details RD/ND 03/2001 RFE 01/02/2001 and Waiting.
Now I am thinking of approching Senator/Congressman about the delay. Anybody has any kind of experience dealing with any Senator/Congressman of New Jersey ? Any input on this would be helpful. Thanks.

It is unacceptable. Fit case for Senator intervention

It is so shocking to see your case is still pending. It is fit case for intervention by Senator. I am sure once senator contacts INS your case will be approved within 2-3 weeks. I do not know the procedure I guess you call senators office and explain your case. YOu show some printout from INS published dates to show that they are now doing August cases and you are still waiting. I am sure you can get response. I wonder why did you wait for so long. Did you call IIO by any chance ?
