Approaching 2nd EAD. Can some post their recent eperience?

Hi All,
My first ead expires on 3/12/04. Three months ahead would be 12/12/03. I am planning to apply before that date.
Can somebody post the details what are needed?. I can search but new things are comming up every day from the BCIS. So I appreciate if somebody post their recent experience with what papers are need, blah, blah etc.


By the way my first 485 anniverary is on 11/13/03.
Funny and sad to enjoy these dates.....

What do we have to answer for question 16.

Is it C09??.

I am trying to apply Manually.

Thanks for the tip and it yes it is c09. I checked it in the last 765 receipt.
 
Copy of I140

Since there are so many RFEs for Spouse EAD, include I140 if you are applying EAD for your spouse.
