My 485\'s RD is March 12,2000.From China.EB-2. I haven\'t got mt FP notice yet. My co-worker filed his 485 on Sept.,2000.He got his FP notice and done on DEC.,2000.He is from country other than Chian and India.My PD is current.He doesn\'t have PD problem.

My question is : Who will get 485 approved first?

Those from China and India who filed their respective i-485s between Oct 99 and Mar 00, did not get FP notices. They are supposed to get FP notices when their cases are taken up for adjudication, which happen in the order of cases received. So, logically, you should get approved first if your PD stays current (which is now the case). Just getting FP done is no indication of getting approval first. So, do not worry.
