I am a physician scientist from India .My six year visa expires in July 2009.I filed for EB1-EA/EB2NIW on June 23 2008. I have a lot of trouble understanding the process and my lawyers office is not very helpful.I recieved a I 797 C for my EB1 and did not receive any thing regarding EB2 . My application is filed in TSC
