Appointments at Canada/Mexico

Hi everyone,

Is it true that the appointments for stamping in Canada/Mexico were halted
for some time? Please inform me.

To sum it up:
- Nov 16th - DOS suspended visa processing for TCN (third country nationals) at consulates in CANADA/MEXICO
- Dec 4th - DOS lifted the suspending with some specifications regarding security clearance for the nationals from the "black list" (26 middle eastern countries)
